Cacao + Holotropic Breathwork + Sound Ceremony October 17th
Step into a 2 hour energy evening filled with cacao, holotropic breathwork and sound bath.
We’ll begin with a heart warming cacao ceremony, traditionally used by the Mayans as medicine to open the heart and heal, bring fourth wisdom and connect to our ancestral parts.
We will use the the blessings of the cacao medicine to send us on a holotropic breathwork journey. Holotropic means moving towards wholeness. During the 30 minute breathwork session, we will awaken and move energy that has been deeply rooted in the wounded parts of us to liberate yourself. This breathwork is invigorating and will quickly put you in a state of trance.
I will then lead you on a sound journey using gongs, chimes, drums, & sound bowls to experience what the cacao wants to show you and integrate the breath.
We’ll leave a few minutes at the end for sharing and q & a.
You will birth a new you and leave feeling awakened and invigorated.
